42 Draft Designs Shift Bushings

They're a solid CNC machined aluminium bush to replace the stock rubber ones on the gear shift linkages.

They go here (looking down from the right-hand side of the engine bay, under the airbox:

Fitting is a doddle. Flick the holding clip with a fingernail, pull back the springy bit and the end pops off.

Then punch out the plastic corners holding in the rubber bush, and slot in the new ones.
